Presubmission Plan
Garforth Neighbourhood Forum has now submitted the Garforth Neighbourhood Plan proposal to Leeds City Council for independent examination.
Comment on the plan can no longer be accepted by Garforth Neighbourhood Planning Forum. However between 7th November and 19th December representations may be made to Leeds City Council using the links lower down the page
The LCC website for the Publicity period is - Garforth Neighbourhood Plan (leeds.gov.uk) All the relevant documents can be seen on this LCC site.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2012 AND THE LOCALISM ACT 2011 – REGULATION 16 (PUBLICISING A PLAN PROPOSAL)
The Garforth Neighbourhood Plan, prepared by the Garforth Neighbourhood Forum, sets out a vision for the future of Garforth and includes planning policies that will help Leeds City Council to determine planning applications in the area.

The neighbourhood plan and supporting documentation can be inspected online:

- HOW TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS
Members of the Leeds City Council Neighbourhood Planning Team are willing to discuss the neighbourhood plan over the phone by appointment, please email npsupport@leeds.gov.uk or phone 0113 37 87997 to make arrangements.
We strongly encourage those making representations to use the online survey available at: https://surveys.leeds.gov.uk/s/GFReg16/ or by using the QR code below.

Please ensure representations are submitted by Monday 19 December 2022 (5pm).
NOTIFICATION
Any representations may include a request to be notified regarding Leeds City Council’s decision under Regulation 19 (Decision on a plan proposal) to make the neighbourhood development plan for Garforth.
The consultation runs for 6 weeks from Monday 7 November to Monday 19 December 2022 (closing at 5pm)
