Throughout the formation of the plan over the last eight years it is inevitable that the Steering, Working and Writing groups have seen several changes. Some members have managed to remain through the whole process but others, due to a change in circumstance, family commitments or relocation have unfortunately had to withdraw their assistance. The Forum is extremely grateful to all team members past and present for their contribution to the plan.
